We stand behind the quality of FocusFlowAir.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To qualify:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2-Year Limited Warranty
Every FocusFlowAir product includes a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use.
This warranty covers:
- Motor defects
- Power or charging issues
- Internal electrical faults
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Water damage
- Misuse, drops, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
If your product develops a fault within 2 years, contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or a short video (if requested)
We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence so we can resolve it quickly.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
